To believe expresses the definite decision to accept the facts as true, to love and desire to belong to Jesus Christ, and to commit to live in the light of this belief.

True light and life come only through faith in God (Father, Son (Jesus Christ), Holy Spirit).

Will you ask God to shine Jesus’ light into the dark places of your heart and mind? Will you ask Him to give you a willingness to place your life, your loved ones, your time, your possessions, your plans, etc., fully in His hands? Will you ask the Lord to give you understanding of His will and to bring light into your life?

How active is your faith? How is your commitment to Christ?

Lord, please help me have true faith. Help me walk the talk.
